Baked tortilla chips are an excellent on-the-go snack. You can buy these in their own single serving size package. Small and crunchy they are great when you just need a snack with that extra crunch in it. Another great crunchy snack is a serving of pretzels. Pretzels have been a popular on-the-go fat free weight loss snack for a very long time!
