Try these success tips to stick to your diet while at work.

Everyone’s schedule is different. Learn your weakest points when you are tempted to snack or eat. Some people push themselves through, even forgetting to eat actual meals. You are not doing yourself, your employer or even your diet a big favor by doing this. It is one thing to do it occasionally during “crunch time” to get a big project done by deadline — but another thing entirely to do it all the time. Listening to your hunger is important for your health and success. Eating a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt for a snack so you don’t get too hungry can help to keep you in control all day.
